What is the Collaborative Edge™ Behavioural Enquiry?

The Collaborative Edge Behavioural Enquiry (CEBE) is a self-awareness and coaching tool that invites you to reflect on your own mindset and behaviours at work.

Rooted in the Collaboration Equation™ mindset and behaviours of Curiosity, Care and Courage, it opens the door to deeper conversation, stronger connection, and better ways of working together. It helps surface the often-unspoken dynamics that influence team culture, communication, and trust.

More than a questionnaire, it’s a mindset-shifting experience. Rather than anonymous ratings or evaluations, CEBE encourages thoughtful reflection and open dialogue. It can be integrated into both individual and team coaching to develop confidence and capability across the Collaboration Equation™ leadership skills framework. 

As the World Economic Forum Future of Jobs report highlights the need for human-centred skills in a changing world of work - especially with the rise of AI - tools like CEBE help build the trust, alignment and communication needed to lead through complexity and change.

Integrated as part of a bespoke Executive Leadership Development programme at a UK-renowned Business School to support the regional leadership team of a global leisure organisation to develop more collaborative working practices.

Delivered as part of an organisational-wide cultural diagnostic in a European Think & Do Tank, navigating exponential growth to align emerging behaviours and ways of working with core organisational values. The responses shaped the design and facilitation of a 3-day company retreat to develop working practices embedded in Curiosity, Care and Courage. 

How does CEBE work?

You complete the enquiry through a secure online link, in your own time. It takes around 15 minutes and prompts reflection across themes such as values, relationships, feedback and leadership.

Responses are confidential and, when used with teams, contribute to a collective insight into team and or organisational culture. The enquiry:

  • Encourages reflection, not evaluation

  • Builds self-awareness as part of the process
