We created Collaboration Equation™ in response to our experience in organisations around the world: leaders with positive intentions, struggling to build the trust and connection their teams need to thrive through increasing complexity.
We work with a range of global and local corporate, government and charity organisations to help them work better together. Between us, we have over fifty years of experience partnering with leaders and their organisations.
We are known for creating a safe environment for the conversations that matter, and for bringing the walk and talk into our work — taking leaders and teams outside into nature as part of how we coach and facilitate.

Collaboration Equation™ was co-created in response to working with leaders across the world - leaders with positive intentions, struggling to build the trust and connection their teams need to thrive through increasing complexity. It starts with three foundational behaviours.
